We do our best to make you comfortable. If you are not happy with your Qotun experience, we will find a solution for you. All of our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return, we kindly ask that the item is unused and unwashed, all original tags are intact, and your original invoice is included with the return.
Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a defect, none of the above conditions apply. Simply get in touch and we will resolve it straight away, no questions asked.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
