Welcome to Qotun. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.qotun.net (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through the Website.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. About Us

Qotun is an Egyptian home linens brand offering premium bedroom and bathroom textiles, including products made from 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton and cotton-blend materials.

Qotun products are available for purchase through www.qotun.net and may also be offered through other authorized sales channels.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Website under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you provide to Qotun is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are authorized to use any payment method provided when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, thread counts, colors, and other specifications displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.

However:

  • Actual product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device differences.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a pricing or product information error on the Website, Qotun reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel an affected order. If your order is cancelled due to such an error, you will be notified and any payment already made will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund process.

4. Orders

When you place an order through the Website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an email, SMS, WhatsApp message, or other notification acknowledging that we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

An order will be considered accepted when Qotun confirms that the order has been approved for processing and fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Errors in order or customer information.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Unusual or excessive quantities that may indicate resale or unauthorized commercial activity.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

5. Payment

Qotun accepts the payment methods displayed and available at checkout. These may include cash on delivery, credit or debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before the order can be processed and shipped.

For cash-on-delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Qotun does not store complete payment card details. Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers, which may have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe displayed at checkout or communicated to you after placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location.
  • Courier availability.
  • Order volume.
  • Public holidays or weekends.
  • Weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that the shipping address, telephone number, and other delivery information provided when placing your order are accurate and complete.

Qotun is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional delivery arrangements resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Responsibility for the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy:

  • Products must be returned within the specified return period.
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Products must include their original packaging and any applicable tags or accessories.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature or applicable hygiene requirements.

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and may be issued to the original payment method or, where applicable, as store credit.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Qotun may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, launch offers, bundles, or other special offers from time to time.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

10. B2B and Wholesale Services

B2B and wholesale orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, delivery arrangements, return conditions, and other terms agreed between Qotun and the customer.

These Terms may not apply in full to separately negotiated B2B agreements where different written terms have been agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qotun shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or from products purchased through the Website.

To the extent permitted by law, Qotun’s total liability in relation to any claim arising from a specific product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:
