At Dithar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and labels.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used bedding
• Used towels
• Washed products
• Customized or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will replace the item or issue a refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
